iVote Voter Registration Concert

ASMSU will be hosting a FREE night of entertainment at the Breslin called "iVote Voter Registration Concert," featuring TWO major musical artists. "iVote" will be two-part event: the first part will have messages from both the McCain and Obama Campaigns as well as honoring Spartans who have made a difference with their outstanding community service. Part II: let the music play!

Prior to the concert's start we will be having an RSO fair that will circle the concourse of the Breslin. Participating RSOs will be assigned a table and will be registering students to vote while promoting their organization. RSOs will also be competing against one another to see who can register the most students to vote. The RSO who registers the most students will win tickets to their very own suite for a Michigan State University Spartans home basketball game at the Breslin Center this upcoming season.

The atmosphere of this fair will be similar to that at "Sparticipation." There will be up to 9,000 students in attendance for this free concert so SIGN UP NOW!! Seating is limited and we will be filling slots based on first responses.

Environmental networking at MSU

Date: September — December (see below)

Time: 3:00 — 4:30 PM

Location: Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center | 55 South Harrison Road | East Lansing, MI

The Environmental Science and Policy Program will be hosting monthly events in the Fall which provide opportunities for networking around different environmental issues. Each session will focus on a specific theme; senior faculty members will provide overviews of research on that theme at MSU (foci, centers, initiatives), and then there will be lots of time for general conversation. We hope these will provide opportunities for people across campus to learn about complementary research and meet potential collaborators. (Topics were chosen by a vote of the ESPP affiliates.)

All events are 3-4:30 PM at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, Harrison Road, in the Corniche Room.
